Lamp Head Not Lighting/Brightness Dimming
Common causes include aging LED beads, failure of the reflector coating, and abnormalities in the driver/transformer.
Lamp Head Vibration or Drift
Improper tightening of the cantilever mechanism or bearing wear can lead to unstable positioning. Regular tightening of screws or component replacement is required.
Light Flickering or Residual Glow
Causes include poor wiring contact, residual voltage in capacitors, or a switch not disconnecting the live wire, causing the light to flicker even after a power outage.
Mechanical jamming/unsmooth rotation
Sensor failure or problems with the arm structure can cause jerks or light interruptions during movement

Disinfection and Cleaning Methods
It is recommended to use a soft cloth with 70–80% alcohol for cleaning. Do not use banana oil, acidic or alkaline solvents, or hard brushes to avoid damaging the lampshade and coating.
Regular Inspection Recommendations
This includes inspecting the LED module, arm mechanism, sensors, power supply circuit, and other components, and keeping maintenance records. It is recommended that a professional technician conduct an inspection at least six months.
Backup Battery and Emergency Function
The lamp should be equipped with an emergency backup module, and the battery should be charged at least every three months to maintain reserve power.
